Santander Consumer Bank is using a platform provided by Sopra Banking Software called Direct Banking on Saas to run its online business in Belgium.
An electronic chip integrated in identity cards helps secure online signature processes electrically, allowing consumers to create a bank account within two minutes, offering “100% digital customer experience”.
Sopra Banking Software teams manage the end-to-end solution entirely, including maintenance, support, licenses, managed services and technical infrastructure.
A mail server, SMS service provider, and SEPA payments and messaging is also integrated by SaaS.
