The European Software Testing Summit is a one-day event taking place at a central London location that brings together up to 150 senior software testing and QA industry professionals.

The European Software Testing Summit Report

Each entry submitted in to the European Software Testing Awards is strictly confidential, and all entries passed to the judges are stripped of company or product names to ensure impartiality. Each entry provided consists of up to 3000 words detailing information on the various challenges faced, overall management strategies, formulas and methodologies used in order to deliver each successful project.

By assessing and collating this data, the experienced judges are able to submit a detailed research piece for each of the 16 categories. Each piece is then compiled in to a complete research document that is made available to each European Software Testing Summit delegate, as well as being distributed to the wider community.

No other software testing industry research can boast this level of in‑depth knowledge or provide such a holistic view of the market, making the European Software Testing Summit Report a content exclusive for all involved.

Headline Sponsorship £12,500

  • Hosting of one workshop session (1 hour long, choice of topic and times will be on a first come, first served basis)
  • Featured as the ‘Headline Sponsor’ on all marketing collateral including documentation produced and distributed during the delegate acquisition process and promotional campaign for the summit, including all advertising, email campaigns, correspondence with delegates, speakers, exhibitors and partners

  • All e‑newsletters and invites sent to TEST Magazines readership (approx. 10,000) when updating on all the latest summit news and announcements will include your logo

Exhibitor £2,450

  • All e‑newsletters and invites sent to TEST Magazine’s readership (approx. 10,700) when updating on all the latest conference news and announcements will include your logo
  • Company name, logo and profile to appear on the conference website sponsorship and exhibitor pages (up to 350 words)
  • Company logo and profile to appear in the conference programme (max. 30 words)
  • Your logo will be prominently displayed around the event on all event signage
  • A 10% discount will immediately be offered to all individuals that attend the conference as a direct result of a recommendation by you as an Exhibitor
  • Two event passes, providing access to the exhibition area of the event will be provided (additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate of £170 per pass)
  • The option to include a 1 page advertisement in the conference programme can be purchased at the discounted rate of £650

To ensure your brand is seen by all delegates, speakers, and visitors for the entire duration of the summit why not sponsor the show bags? As the sole bag sponsor your logo will be prominently displayed on all show bags. As an added extra you also gain the opportunity to include a double‑sided A4 flyer in each bag.

A really striking and effective way to increase your brand awareness is to sponsor the badges and lanyards – with hundreds being produced it is a guaranteed way to gain immediate visibility to all those that attend the European Software Testing Summit.

As the Wi‑Fi & collateral sponsor not only will you gain branding throughout the event with your logo appearing on all event specific materials that range from the event programme right through to the event signage. In addition to this the Wi‑Fi‑code card will be prominent with your branding as will the rest of the delegate collateral such as pens and pads. Pull ups are a very cost effective way of ensuring your brand is visible at key points around the European Software Testing Summit.
