Media Pack

About and TEST Magazine spend a lot of time speaking and listening to readers, and seeking out innovative ways to meet their needs. It has become apparent that senior decision makers wish to discuss their challenges in a meaningful and structured manner, with a view to finding pragmatic and workable solutions on complex issues.

This knowledge, led by and TEST Magazine, launched the DevTEST Executive Workshops, which have now become a successful annual event for the third year running.

The DevTEST Executive Workshops consist of 16 syndicate rooms, each with its own subject and each facilitated by a leading industry supplier who gains the unprecedented opportunity to host and drive forward a debate surrounding the subject matter allocated to their chosen room.

Each debate session runs three times through the course of the day, with ten to twelve different delegates per session, with each discussion lasting 1.5 hours.

Prior to the event, delegates pre‑select which three debates they would like to attend, so the sponsor will need to be well prepared as participants will be keen to voice their opinions on the subject matter in hand. Adopting this subject selection method ensures each attendee discusses the most pressing issues to them, and most importantly ensures highly interactive and lively debate sessions.

Had a great day - very well organised. I took a lot more away from this day than any other testing event I have been to.

This vibrant and thought leading approach opens doors at the highest level in organisations that may have been difficult to penetrate and assists with the forging of solid and meaningful relationships between buyers and sellers. Each sponsor is able to position themselves as a market leader while demonstrating their thought leading credentials, making hosting at the Workshops an extremely powerful, exclusive, and insightful opportunity.

Maximising brand awareness

To ensure delegates maximise their time at the DevTEST Executive Workshops there is a networking area and exhibition that can be viewed during refreshment and lunch breaks, allowing access to the latest products and services from some of the industry’s leading suppliers.

For those vendors who would like to maximise their brand awareness and showcase their product portfolios the exhibition can be a very cost‑effective way of targeting the entire visitor base.

Pull Up Banners

Wi‑Fi Sponsor

To ensure your brand is seen by all delegates, speakers, and visitors for the entire duration of the conference why not sponsor the show bags? As the sole bag sponsor your logo will be prominently displayed on all show bags. As an added extra you also gain the opportunity to include a double‑sided A4 flyer in each bag.

A really striking and effective way to increase your brand awareness is to sponsor the badges and lanyards – with hundreds being produced it is a guaranteed way to gain immediate visibility to all those that attend the TEST Executive Workshops.

Pull ups are a very cost effective way of ensuring your brand is visible at key points around the TEST Executive Workshops. It may be that you opt for a pull up that is positioned outside one of the seminar theatres, or perhaps you would like it at the registration desk so it’s the first thing visitors see – either way a pull up is a really great marketing tool that you can take away with you after the event and use time and time again.

As the Wi‑Fi sponsor you gain branding throughout the event with your logo appearing on all event specific materials that range from the event programme right through to the event signage. In addition to this the Wi-Fi‑code card will be prominent with your branding. You will also gain the opportunity to place a double‑sided A4 sheet in the delegate packs.
