She has worked most recently to transform Directline Group’s Technology Services Testing function into an Industry leader in Test Automation and Agile/ DevTOps processes. Helen specialises in partnering with suppliers to develop fit for purpose and Industry leading commercial agreements that deliver the desired business outcomes for a wide range of Financial Services clients including Bank of America and Direct Line group.
