Vision Blue acquires loan origination software provider SamePage

Vision Blue, a company which offers software for the credit and debt recovery sectors, confirmed last Monday (April.15th) it has acquired Cardiff-based fast growth fintech company SamePage Group, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition comes after the success of a recent partnership that saw both companies work on a lifecycle Loan Origination and Account Management System (LMS) for the Green Deal finance company (GDFC).


SamePage is a pioneer in fully-digital Loan Origination software platforms. Their platform supports the entire origination lifecycle – from quotation to application, automated decisioning, through to fulfilment – across all platforms and devices.

Since its launch in 2017, it has grown to become one of the leading software platforms for businesses that operate in the financial services sector.

The company will, however, continue to be headquartered in Cardiff and will expand its current business and technical resources to help build on the success of the business.
