In depth research on the European software testing industry, as derived from The European Software Testing Awards programme
Over the last four years The European Software Testing Awards has grown to become the global recognition platform for the software testing and QA community. To further strengthen that position and to ensure valued and insightful learning is derived from the awards November 2016 will see the launch of the European Software Testing Summit.
Since inception The European Software Testing Awards judges; all senior testing managers, heads or directors had been tasked with selecting potential winners in one of the various award categories assigned to them based on their relevant experience. This process meant each judge viewed, assessed, and critiqued a vast number of cross sector projects submitted by organisations large and small from the European private and public sector.
Each entry submitted in to The European Software Testing Awards is strictly confidential, and all entries passed to the judges are stripped of company or product names to ensuring impartiality. Each entry provided consists of up to 3000 words detailing information on the project criteria, the various challenges faced, overall management strategies, formulas and methodologies used in order to deliver each successful project.
By assessing and collating this data from the Awards entries over last four years, the judges are able to submit a detailed research piece; each chapter is then pulled together in to a complete research document: The European Software Testing Summit Report.
